Jet Airways Honoured As `Best Indian Airline` At The Prestigious Uk Business Traveller Awards 2008

Press Release Summary: September 30, 2008: Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has been honoured with the “Best Indian Airline” award at the prestigious Business Traveller Awards 2008. The awards were presented by former England cricket captain David Gower, at a star-studded ceremony at the London Hilton on September 22, 2008.
Press Release Body: Mr. Raja Segran, Senior Vice-President- Europe and UK, Jet Airways accepted the award on behalf of the airline.
The airline received the award on the basis of votes cast by the UK readers of Business Traveller Magazine, to reward those companies whose products and services they value as discerning business travellers.
Jet Airways currently operates four daily services to London Heathrow from three gateway points in India: two daily services from Mumbai and one each from Delhi and Amritsar respectively.
The airline operates its state-of-the-art, wide-body Boeing 777-300ER (on its services to Mumbai and Delhi), and Airbus 330-200 aircraft (on its services to Amritsar) from London.
Jet Airways’ First Class passengers enjoy their own private suites in the sky, while the airline’s acclaimed herringbone-configured Première ensures easy aisle access for all passengers.
